The core objective of the Midwest Reunion 2025 is to
gather all Gayatri Pariwar members across Midwest States,
prepare 2026 centenary celebration as a one Midwest parivar, and
create a platform for sharing spiritual thoughts and ideas about building a new era guided by the teachings of Param Pujya Gurudev Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya and Vandaniya Mata Bhagwati Devi Sharma.
Together, we will pledge to actively contribute to this era-transformational initiative with divine blessings.
Through organizing these reunions, our goal is to foster collective growth on the path of spirituality, holistic & emotional wellness, and personal development. We strive to educate individuals in the art of health and happiness, channel the energy of youth productively, and empower everyone to make informed life choices. These gatherings go beyond merely bringing people together; they are about nurturing a supportive community dedicated to the personal, spiritual and collective well-being of all.

Gayatri Parivar is a living model of a futuristic society, being guided by the principles of human unity and equality.
It's a modern adaptation of the age-old wisdom of Vedic Rishis, who practiced and propagated the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, which literally means “the whole world is one family”.
Founded by saint, reformer, writer, philosopher, spiritual guide and visionary Yug Rishi Vedmurti Taponishth Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya Ji, this mission has emerged as a mass movement for the great Transformation of the Era.

On the completion of 24 years of his Gayatri Sadhana, Param Pujya Gurudev, Pandit Sriram Sharma Acharya Ji established the Gayatri Tapobhumi at Mathura, India in 1953. He organized a grand Gayatri Yajna in 1958, which served as a base to launch the Yug Nirman Yojna, a global movement for moral, cultural, intellectual, and spiritual refinement, renaissance, and reconstruction.
The objectives of this move¬ment are to reform the individ¬ual, the family and social values of mankind and to change the current ideologies and concepts of morality and social structure for a better and glorious tomorrow.
Through various activities at Mathura, including the perfor¬mance of yajnas on large scale, Acharya Ji gathered a team of dedicated men and women as volunteers
Thus, the organization called “Gayatri Pariwar” was born.
The period 1971-1990 wit¬nessed remarkable multifac¬eted accomplishments of Acharya Ji's life. He climbed the arduous and mystic heights of the Himalayas several times and stayed there for specific sadhnas as per the guidance of his guru. In 1971 he instituted the mission's headquarters at Shantikunj (Haridwar, India) as an academy for moral and spiritual awakening and training. Here he began revival of ancient spiritual disciplines that were the hallmarks of Indian Culture.
As per the plans projected under the Yug Nirman Yojna, the mission has contributed to the upliftment of the personal, familial, and social aspects of human life. Its major activities include mass awareness and education on cultural values through small and large scale
Gayatri Pariwar Yojnas and collective projects of social transformation with people's voluntary participation. Propagation of ideal marriages without dowry and extravagant shows has been a significant and trend-setting achievement, especially in the Indian context. Other achievements include upliftment of the social status of women and an integrated and self-reliant development of villages.
